Also, as PEXA subscribers, CSP Conveyancing can attend to your settlement electronically when required. We provide essential advice on important considerations, monitor the status of property transactions, and ensure you are well-prepared for settlement. Additionally, our fee structure is fixed and payable only at settlement, eliminating any upfront costs.
Already negotiated your purchase and need quick advice?
We can get you on the right track when buying a property. If you have already negotiated a purchase and signed the Contract of Sale, we suggest you contact us immediately. Our conveyancing services will provide you with advice so that you understand your obligations under the Contract. We always offer a prompt service and can assist you within 3 days of signing the Contract if you wish to exercise your right to cool-off during property transactions.
Selling a property?

We always work towards meeting any deadlines, whether it’s for a Selling by Set Date or an Auction Date.
CSP Conveyancing facilitates settlement electronically through the PEXA platform (when possible), providing our Vendor clients with quicker access to settlement funds and reducing the risk of settlement issues on the day.
Our services for a Sale also include:
· Conducting searches with relevant government departments and authorities for inclusion in the Section 32 Vendor Statement.
· Preparing the full and comprehensive Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale (including any Auction Special Conditions, where required).
· Preparing Section 27 Early Release of Deposit, when necessary.
· Ensuring that the Contract of Sale is executed and exchanged correctly between the parties.
· Monitoring to ensure the Deposit is paid and any Loan Approval dates are met.
· Keeping track of all other conditions of the Contract of Sale.
· Verifying and securing the required Verification of Identity and Client Authorisation Forms.
· Preparing State Revenue Office Duties Forms and arranging execution as needed.
· Signing the Transfer of Land on your behalf to facilitate settlement.
· Arranging the discharge of mortgage to be prepared by the Mortgagee, if required.
· Reviewing or preparing relevant adjustments of rates and taxes.
