We always offer a prompt service and can assist you within 3 days of signing the Contract if you wish to exercise your right to cool-off during property transactions.

· Conducting searches with relevant government departments and authorities for inclusion in the Section 32 Vendor Statement.
· Preparing the full and comprehensive Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale (including any Auction Special Conditions, where required).
· Preparing Section 27 Early Release of Deposit, when necessary.
· Ensuring that the Contract of Sale is executed and exchanged correctly between the parties.
· Monitoring to ensure the Deposit is paid and any Loan Approval dates are met.
· Keeping track of all other conditions of the Contract of Sale.
